Your order will be processed for shipping 24 to 72 hours after it is placed.
You will be notified via e-mail when your package is ready to be shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email with your request and follow up emails with the status and progress of your customer service needs.
Return Policy
FEO will not accept returns on any opened cd's or vinyl NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you receive an item not listed on your order, we will send the new product out to you with a return shipping label so you may return the mis-shipped item.
If you need to exchange clothing for a different design or size, you are responsible for the shipping cost to get the product back to us and the cost to ship the new item back to you. If you need to exchange an item please include your original packing slip with the exchange and clearly explain what you would like us to do. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange based on the condition of the return.
