Shipping

Your order will be processed for shipping 24 to 72 hours after you place your order.

You will be notified via e-mail when your package is shipped so please wait for a confirmation e-mail before you ask if your package was sent.

If we are out-of-stock of any items you ordered you will be notified via email. If you ordered more than item the rest of your order will ship and your packing slip will have the updated information on any out of stock items.

Pre Orders

For some releases we will offer them on the site before they are available in retail stores. This will secure a copy of the title for all customers who pre order. Please check the SHIP DATE, this is the date when your order will actually be shipped. Your order will be shipped in advance to ensure you receive it on the release date. Any additional items purchased with a pre order will be held until the ship date.

Return Policy

FEO will ONLY take returns on damaged product (i.e. broken, torn, cracked or defects). Wrong sizes, if the music is not what you thought, etc. is NOT grounds for return. The costumer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an exchange takes place we will cover the shipping cost of the new product to you.
