Scribble Jam 2004 2004 brought some of the best battles EVER! See the clash between two top Canadian DJs; Brace the Scratch Bastid battle it out in the finalds. Also after 36 contestants, the 2004 pool of MC's came down to Mac Lethal (Scribble Jam MC 2002 Champ) and Illmaculate, a 17-year-old MC all the way from Portland who was competing for the first time. It was a battle between old and new, but in the end, youth prevailed and Illmaculate walked away with $2000 and the title as the youngest MC to win in Scribble Jam history. Fivided by a brand new piece of linoleum, b-boy crews battled it out during the day. The 2 Final B-boy crews set it off at sunset in an extremely heated battle.

In May of 2005 Scribble Jam embarked on the first ever U.S. tour in it’s ten year history. Along with performances from Mr. Dibbs, Blueprint & DJ Rare Groove and Glue (Adeem, DJ DQ, and Maker), Each of the 13 US cities served as a preliminary emcee battle, the winner of which won a flight to the final battle to be held in Cincinnati in August for a $10,000 prize.
